1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the vs55t platform and its users. When you use the vs55t website, application, or any related services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security and protection of your vs55t account. The following rules must be strictly followed in managing your account:

• Always log out after using your account, especially when using a shared device.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, notify our support team immediately.
• The account may not be transferred, sold, or given to another person to use under any circumstances.

3.1 KYC Verification

Identity verification (KYC) may be mandatory before withdrawing funds from the vs55t platform. This process may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of address. vs55t stores this information with complete confidentiality and shares it with third parties only when required by law.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The vs55t platform allows you to deposit and withdraw funds easily using the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The payment account (e.g., bKash, Nagad) used to deposit funds into your account must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from payment accounts registered in a third party's name will not be accepted and the deposited amount may be returned in such cases.
• Once a deposit is successfully completed, it is generally added to your gaming balance within a few minutes.
• vs55t does not charge any deposit fees; however, your payment service provider may apply its own charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless a different special circumstance arises.
• After submitting a withdrawal request, processing is generally completed within 1 hour.
• If identity verification has not been completed, a first-time withdrawal may be delayed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds earned from bonuses (see Section 5).

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Various bonuses and promotions are offered on the vs55t platform. Each bonus offer has specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. To receive this bonus:

• A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required.
• The bonus option must be selected before claiming the bonus.
• To withdraw from the bonus, you must wager a total of 25 times (25x) the bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The following applies when completing wagering requirements:

• Wagering requirements may not be calculated the same way across all games — some games may contribute only partially toward wagering.
• Cash balance is used before bonus balance.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The vs55t VIP program has four tiers where regular players receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement depends on your activity and participation on the platform. vs55t reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to cricket, football, and other sports betting, as well as casino gaming on the vs55t platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless vs55t declares it void due to a technical error.
• If any game or bet remains incomplete due to technical issues, disconnection, or any other reason, vs55t will determine the outcome of that bet in accordance with standard rules.
• Results displayed in the vs55t system will be considered final.
• If a match or event is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled, the settlement of that bet will follow vs55t's standard sports betting rules.

6.1 Cricket Betting

For betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC, and other international cricket tournaments, official match results are used. Results determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method will also be considered valid.

6.2 Live Gaming

In live casino games (such as Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, Sic Bo, and Baccarat), the dealer's decision is final. In the event of a disconnection, the game result will be determined based on server logs.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vs55t platform. If such activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed and the associated balance may be forfeited:

• Fraud, manipulation, or any form of dishonest activity.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or any artificial means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Managing multiple accounts by the same individual or household.
• Bonus abuse or attempting to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Disrespectful, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or vs55t staff.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's security systems or software.
• Managing an account on behalf of or with assistance from minors.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If false information is provided during the verification process.
• If an account remains inactive for a long period (more than 12 months).
• In accordance with directions from law enforcement agencies.

You may also contact our support team at any time to request closure of your account. It is possible to withdraw any valid balance (subject to wagering conditions being met) before the account is closed.
